The SUNBIRD Guest House (SGH) is located in Livingstone, Zambia the home of the famous Victoria Falls, "The Smoke That Thunders." The Guest House is located in a beautiful country enviroment.
We host both international and local guests.
Livingstone is the tourist capital of Zambia. Located 5 minutes from Livingstone Town center and 15 minutes from the Victoria Falls. The airport is only 8 minutes drive from our guest house. SGH is located off Lusaka Road, Highlands Area.
Free transportation from and to the airport for all our guest, both local and international.
Internet Cafe being operated by SGH at a minimal charge (transport to and from Cafe free for group lodgers). Please discuss with our reception for more details.
Car, Mini-bus and Van rentals are available at reasonable rates.Guest are welcomed to use our kitchen fascilities for coffee/tea, lunch and supper.
We also arrange tour packages eg. boat cruise, canoeing, bungi jump etc.
General Accomodation details: Facilities available to guests are security, DSTV & spacious parking, laundry service available. Seven rooms and one cottage available. All bedrooms have mosquito nets and ceiling fans with Air-condition,. All rooms are non-smoking.

* Executive Room - Double bed and single bed, private bath (shower and tub) couch, dresser with mirror, Aircondition, DSTV, mini-fridge, continental breakfast - $80
* Family House - 2 double bedrooms with privates baths, full kitchen and living room, DSTV, Air-condition in each bedroom, continental breakfast - $100

Full English breakfast additional - $8.
Lunch or Dinner - $10 per plate
Laundry Services are minimal charge
